About

You don’t come to therapy because you’re unaware.
You come because nothing you’ve already tried has fully shifted things.

You might understand your patterns.
You might even be able to explain exactly why you feel the way you do.

But the same emotional responses keep showing up—
in relationships, in stress, in how you relate to yourself.

I’m Anjoli, a licensed therapist specializing in trauma-informed work with individuals and couples.

Who I Am & Who I Serve

I’m Anjoli Aisenbrey, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma-informed, attachment-based work, including EMDR.

I primarily work with individuals and also support couples who are thoughtful, high-functioning, and often outwardly successful, yet feel internally overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Many have insight into their patterns, but haven’t experienced the shift they expected.

My work focuses on helping clients move beyond understanding into real change—developing emotional regulation, self-trust, and healthier patterns in relationships, both personal and professional.

I specialize in trauma-focused work using EMDR, supporting clients in processing experiences that continue to shape how they feel, respond, and relate—often outside of conscious awareness.

Whether you’re navigating long-standing patterns or a current point of transition, my approach is structured, relational, and deeply attuned.

More About Me

Anjoli Aisenbrey, LICSW

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of experience supporting adults through emotional, relational, and identity-level challenges.

Originally from British Columbia, Canada, I now work with clients across the United States through virtual therapy.

My work is grounded in attachment, neuroscience, and trauma-informed care, with a focus on EMDR. I primarily support high-functioning individuals who appear capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in familiar patterns beneath the surface.

Rather than staying at the level of insight, our work focuses on processing what continues to drive those patterns, so change happens at an emotional level, not just an intellectual one.

Together, we slow things down, identify what’s underneath, and create space for greater regulation, clarity, and meaningful change.

I offer a thoughtful, grounded environment where that work can unfold.

Approach

My work is grounded in attachment, neuroscience, and trauma-informed care, with a focus on EMDR.

Rather than relying on a single method, I integrate approaches thoughtfully based on each client’s needs—while maintaining a clear focus on deeper processing and meaningful change.

Credentials & Training

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with training in EMDR through the EMDR Institute.

What Guides My Work

My work is grounded in safety, depth, and intentional change.
These principles guide how I show up in each session and how we approach the work together.

Safety & Attunement

I offer a steady, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe, understood, and supported. Real change begins when your system has the capacity to engage.

Self-Trust & Growth

Rather than fixing or directing, I help you strengthen self-trust, clarify what matters, and move toward a more grounded, internally aligned way of being.

Integrated Healing

I take an integrative approach, combining emotional insight, nervous system awareness, and lived experience to support meaningful, lasting change.
