You’ve Done therapy

You understand your patterns
But you still feel stuck

You’re high-functioning and self-aware.

But you still find yourself reacting the same way.

EMDR helps process what insight alone hasn’t changed.

This is for you if:

  • You understand your patterns but still react the same way

  • You feel stuck despite doing “the work”

  • You’re functioning—but internally overwhelmed or disconnected

  • Therapy has helped you understand, but not fully change

Why EMDR works when other therapy hasn’t

EMDR is a therapy approach that helps process the underlying experiences and patterns that continue to shape how you feel, think, and respond, often outside of conscious awareness.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is based on the brain’s natural ability to process and make sense of life experiences. When something feels overwhelming, the brain may not fully process it.

Instead, the experience can become “stuck,” along with the original emotions, body sensations, and negative beliefs.

This is why certain situations in the present can trigger strong emotional or physical reactions that don’t fully make sense.

EMDR helps the brain reprocess these experiences so they feel less distressing and no longer drive how you think, feel, and respond today.

Benefits of EMDR

Process
Trauma Safely

EMDR therapy helps the brain reprocess traumatic memories so they feel less overwhelming and no longer trigger intense emotional reactions.

Reframe
Negative Beliefs

Restructure deeply rooted negative core beliefs into healthier, more adaptive self-perceptions.

Build
Confidence & Resilience

By reprocessing past experiences, EMDR reduces anxiety, strengthens your sense of self, and improves daily functioning.

Step 1
Schedule a 15-Minute Consultation

Meet briefly to discuss your goals, ask questions, and determine whether EMDR therapy is the right fit.

How To Get Started

Step 2
Stabilization and Preparation

We build grounding skills and internal resources to ensure you feel ready and supported before processing trauma.

Step 3
EMDR Processing

At a pace that feels safe and contained, we use bilateral stimulation to reprocess distressing memories and strengthen adaptive beliefs.

A 15-minute consult is a chance to talk through what’s been feeling stuck and see if this approach feels like the right fit for you.
