Each offering reflects the depth and care of the work — grounded in attachment theory, nervous-system awareness, and evidence-based modalities.

i. Individual Psychotherapy

Weekly Therapy

$175 per session

Depth-oriented, attachment-based therapy for adults seeking emotional regulation, clarity, and relational growth.

ii. EMDR Therapy

Standard EMDR Session

$175 per session

Trauma-focused therapy using EMDR to process distressing experiences and reduce anxiety, reactivity, and nervous system overwhelm.

iii. EMDR Therapy · Extended

Extended EMDR Session

$250 per 90 minutes

Longer sessions designed for deeper trauma processing and integration — ideal when more time and space are needed to fully move through the work.

iv. Couples Therapy

Couples Session

$250 per session

Relationship-focused therapy supporting communication, emotional safety, and secure connection between partners.

v. Featured offering

EMDR Intensives — focused, deeper work.

Extended sessions designed for deeper, focused processing over a shorter period of time. A meaningful option for clients who want to move through significant material with more momentum than weekly sessions allow.

Payment & Policies

Insurance & Private Pay

Insurance and private pay options are available for eligible services. We'll review what applies during your consultation so there are no surprises.

ii.

Payment Timing

Payment for private pay services is due at the time of session. For EMDR Intensives, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your session.

iii.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement

Superbills may be available upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance provider.

iv.
